It is no exaggeration to say that 2020 has been a challenging year for us all, in a myriad of ways. Even though these challenges are a shock to the system, we believe that every crisis presents an opportunity…a chance to take advantage of the shake-up and create a different path forward. Every cohort of our in-person Transforming Success® workshops, previously only available in the Birmingham and Atlanta areas, have filled up quickly. Through our in-person workshops, we have helped over 1000 participants address recurring challenges that professionals face, challenges that can inhibit their development as leaders and contribute to dissatisfaction with their careers and their lives.
As you may have guessed, COVID-19 brought this model to an abrupt halt, ushering in our particular version of the current crisis. We panicked for a minute, then realized we had an extraordinary opportunity on our hands. So, we got busy pivoting, adapting, innovating, and creating. We are proud and excited to announce that the result is Transforming Success® Virtual, a fully online experience that now makes our flagship program accessible to anyone – without geographical or organizational barriers. We are beyond excited to launch this virtual version of the program and share the wisdom and tools of Transforming Success® with even more professionals.

About the Course
Our first virtual cohort of women kicks off on January 12, 2021 and runs through April 6, 2021. The 12-week program includes pre-recorded videos in which we (Julie and Lisa) teach the major concepts and tools for each of the six modules of the program, live virtual sessions via Zoom facilitated by us, and an online discussion platform where participants form a community and share their own experiences with using the concepts and tools in their daily lives. In each of our live sessions, we use interactive exercises as well as small and large group discussions to dive more deeply into the content presented via video. Each module provides a specific tool that participants can use immediately to make changes that bring them closer to creating a life and career that are aligned with who they are and what they need to function at their best.
