As part of our focus on flexibility, we had the opportunity to interview Jeannine Bailey of Alabama Power, who successfully made one of the most impressive career pivots we’ve seen. During our interview, Jeannine provided great insight into how she utilized the skill sets of flexibility and adaptability when she pivoted from a role in radio to a position in Communications and HR.
